Q. What is Milc?
Milc is a trendy new website that gives you access to up-to-the-minute local, international, sports and entertainment news. We also provide games and downloadable mobile ringtones and wallpapers.
Q. How do I Signup?
Just CLICK HERE, enter the required personal information, submit your details to us and you will receive your login details via SMS and email.
Q. How much does Milc cost?
Premium, unlimited access to all the latest news, entertainment and downloadable content is available to you for only R35 per month.
Q. How do I use the Milc news features once I've signed up?
1. You login by clicking on the Login button in the top right menu. 2. Click on the My Categories link in the top right menu. 3. Choose the news categories that you are interested in by clicking on the category images, this will tick them as chosen. Click Save.

Q. Why can't I log in?
If you are signed up with an active Milc membership, and you are still experiencing problems please give us a call on 0861 99 99 79 and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you are not a member CLICK HERE to sign up.
Q. I have forgotten my password, what do I do now?
You can click on the "Forgot Your Password" link in the login screen to retrieve your login information. Your password will be sent to you via email and SMS.
Q. How can I change my password?
Once logged in to your Milc account, select "Profile" from the menu and select the "Change Password" link. Fill in your details, and your password will be emailed or SMSed to you.
Q. I have successfully registered but did not receive my activation email!
Spam filters and other e-mail features CAN stop e-mails like this so you should check your spam folder and whether you (or your ISP) are using spam filters etc. If you still cannot find our email please contact us. Make sure you provide your username and the e-mail address you used when you registered with Milc.
Q. How can I cancel/delete my Milc membership?
Your account cannot be deleted through the website. Contact us directly on 0861 99 99 79 so that we can assist you with your query.
Q. Will Milc Work on my Phone?
Yes! Milc is what we call an adaptive website. This means that the screen and functions of the website adapt automatically and will adjust according to the type of device you are using to access Milc, like a phone, tablet or laptop. As long as your phone has smartphone capabilities, you shouldn't have a problem.
Q. How do I download Ringtones and Wallpapers to my phone?
It's as easy as visiting the website on your phone, either via your browser or the handy desktop link, finding your favourite ringtone or wallpaper and selecting the "Download" button.
Q. How do I configure my mobile internet?
Newer phones are usually configured when you buy them, but if you believe that your phone is not configured, you should contact your mobile service provider to get the latest settings loaded. Most mobile service providers have information related to this on their websites. In addition, many providers allow you to order the configuration online and send it to your phone via SMS. The phone can then be configured automatically.
Q. Can I download editorial content?
Unfortunately, editorial content cannot be downloaded. However, this can be viewed by logging in to your Milc account. Alternatively, if your browser supports save for offline reading, you can use this option.
